Cedar Gardens Event Center grew out of Mary's lifelong love of planning parties, weddings and gatherings, and her wish to share that joy in a setting that feels a world away from the everyday. Carved out of ten unspoiled, rolling acres ringed by native cedar trees, the property pairs a 5,000 sq ft event building with a 2,200 sq ft lighted outdoor deck, so your celebration can move from the dance floor to the open sky in a single evening. We host weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events, birthday parties and anniversaries, and because we offer all-inclusive and many other packages, you decide how much of the planning to hand over. At Cedar Gardens Event Center, the secluded setting does much of the work for you, giving guests quiet, room to wander and a backdrop that suits every photo. Come walk the cedar-lined grounds, stand on the deck as the lights come up, and picture your own celebration taking shape here.

Many couples prefer one location because guests skip the drive between sites and the day flows without a break. At Cedar Gardens Event Center, the ten acres, the 5,000 sq ft event building and the 2,200 sq ft lighted deck give you room for both parts of the day in one place.

How far ahead should we book our date?

Popular weekends in spring and fall tend to fill first, so weddings are often booked many months ahead, while smaller parties can usually be planned on a shorter timeline. The simplest way to know is to call with your preferred date, and we are reachable seven days a week.

What does an all-inclusive package mean?

An all-inclusive package bundles the venue with other parts of the event, so you work with fewer vendors and have less to coordinate yourself. What each package covers varies from venue to venue. Cedar Gardens Event Center offers all-inclusive and many other packages, so ask us to walk you through what each one includes.

What happens if the weather turns on the day of our event?

Texas weather can change quickly, so it pays to choose a venue with real indoor space rather than relying only on tents. The 5,000 sq ft event building keeps dinner, dancing and toasts comfortable, and the lighted outdoor deck is there when the evening is clear.

Can we tour the property before we decide?

Seeing a venue in person is the best way to picture your layout, your photos and how guests will move through the evening. You are welcome to call and arrange a visit to the grounds, the hall and the deck. Spanish-speaking families can plan their event in Spanish.
